Frances is an anthropologist, a skipper, an award-winning author, and trainer in innovation, improvement, and change management. Frances teams with colleagues in the industry to provide you a one stop shop for all things digital marketing. Frances was raised in North Carolina, family in Wilmington, NC and is currently based in Washington, DC where she runs the home office.
